Academy Office Administrator
Location: Attleborough
Salary: SCALE 5-6 £24,790 - £25,183 FTE
Hours: Term time plus two weeks, 32.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Contract: Permanent

The Role
They are seeking a flexible, resilient, and hardworking Office Administrator to join the Academy’s Support Team. The successful candidate will actively contribute to maximizing the efficiency of all administrative work supporting students' academic and personal development.
Based in the Main Office and reporting to the Director of Administration, the Office Administrator will provide support across all administrative functions and be the first point of contact for visitors. This role involves handling sensitive information and liaising daily with staff, parents, students, and external bodies to ensure smooth office operations.
Skills and Qualifications
* Experience working in a busy reception/office environment and good knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office.
* Excellent customer service, professionalism, and a proactive attitude.
* Energetic, enthusiastic, calm, organized, and approachable—these qualities are essential.
* Commitment to working with young people and ability to set clear guidelines for them.
