Traditionally specialising in a extensive variety of schemes on a nationwide basis for private and framework clients. The role of Administrator will be based out of Head Office in Hampshire.
Responsibilities for Administrator
* Regularly monitoring and managing site documentation to ensure filing systems are being utilised correctly
* Monitor and manage company mailbox and phone line
* Consistently update project trackers
* General ad-hoc administrative duties
* Routinely track training matrix's
Requirements for Administrator
* Previous experience within the construction industry is fundamental
* Understanding of ISO9001, ISO4001 & ISO45001
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail is essential
