Job Description
Our client, a global energy provider, is looking for a Senior Commercial Lawyer from December 2025 to March 2026.
Description of the role:
* Interim commercial lawyer providing general commercial support – primarily supplier and procurement contracts, technology and data-related agreements.
* Experience with public sector procurement would be ideal (not essential).
You will be:
* Confident and communicative - cameras on in virtual meetings, and the ability to have difficult conversations with stakeholders
* Must be able to work independently and “hit the ground running.”
* The team is fun and easy to work with, so a good sense of humour would go a long way - “personality fit is equally as important as technical ability”!

1. Start Date: Mid/Late-November
2. Work pattern: Full-time (part-time working arrangement is possible for the right candidate)
3. Start date: 2nd December 2025
4. Duration: 2nd December 2025 - 31st March 2026

6. Remote/Hybrid/In office: Hybrid. 2 days per week in the Warwick office
