About the Role As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including: Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) ADHD Speech and Language Difficulties SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs Moderate and Complex Learning Difficulties You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and families to provide tailored support that enables students to access learning confidently and successfully.
