About the role
This role combines core Tax ERP transformation responsibilities with emerging AI and data capabilities. The individual will work across tax, technology and data workstreams to support the delivery of ERP-enabled tax processes while contributing to the development of AI-assisted workflows, data models and automation assets.
What your days will look like:
1. Design and implement tax solutions within ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday), including data flows, configuration, and tax determination logic.
2. Lead global/local workshops and deliver end-to-end support for solution design, documentation, testing, deployment, and issue resolution during ERP implementations.
3. Collaborate with clients and tax SMEs to map processes, identify gaps, define future-state operating models, and drive enhancements across indirect, corporate, withholding tax, and reporting.
4. Develop AI-enabled tax tools and workflows by translating requirements into structured automation components, creating prototypes, and applying responsible AI and governance standards
This role is for you if you have
5. Knowledge of tax data flows and structures, including data objects, mapping, and validation within ERP programmes.
6. Interest or hands-on experience in GenAI, automation, and data-enabled transformation for tax and ERP processes.
7. Ability to work independently on AI-related tasks, such as prompt engineering, workflow design, and prototype development.
8. Proficiency with AI-assisted documentation, solution design, and analytical tools, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively with tax SMEs, technologists, and external partners, while maintaining awareness of responsible AI and data governance standards.
