About The Role
We’re looking for passionate people to join us this summer in Minehead. Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests, and we are currently looking for amazing team members to join us across the resort, supporting multiple departments to deliver the best service. No two days are the same with this role! We are looking for teams who are keen to get stuck in. The available positions include:
1. Cleaners
2. Pool attendants & Lifeguards
3. Fairground Team Members
4. Sports Team Members
5. Quick Service and Restaurant Team Members
6. Bars and Shops Team Members
Working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in. No experience is necessary, and we will provide all the training you need.
About You
These positions offer a fixed-term contract for the summer. If you decide to stay with the Butlin’s family longer, we can offer permanent positions. Our resorts are open during the week and weekends, so flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required. Please let us know your availability during the application process, and we can discuss this in more detail.
We have live-in accommodation available for those relocating to the area, subject to terms and conditions. Being a great team player is essential, and you should enjoy the buzz of a busy environment. No day will be the same, so you should be open to trying new things and engaging with lots of different people.
