Overseeing the development and implementation of a high-quality RE curriculum that aligns with the school's vision and the national curriculum. Leading a team of RE teachers, fostering collaboration, professional development, and a commitment to excellence. Delivering inspiring and engaging RE lessons across the curriculum, potentially catering to Key Stage 3 (Years 7-8) and Key Stage 4 (Years 9-11). Building strong relationships with students, fostering their critical thinking, empathy, and understanding of diverse religious and philosophical viewpoints. Contributing to the wider school community and participating in departmental and whole-school events.
