What you'll do as a Transport Administrator
* Transport department administrative tasks
* Review telematics summary reports for suspected breaches of agreed safety parameters – investigate, verify accuracy, and take actions required by the relevant authorities.
* Manage fuel agency cards – reconcile statements against fuel receipts.
* Manage electric vehicle (EV) charge cards – issue to sections operating EVs and maintain an up-to-date database.
* Coordinate course loading for RAF Brize Norton, parented, and lodger unit colleagues who require driving/ADR (hazardous goods) courses in line with Ministry of Defence (MoD) policies and procedures.
* Carry out other reasonable, relevant tasks as directed by the Compliance and Training Manager.
* Champion a positive Zero Harm culture with open, honest reporting of near misses and safety‑related occurrences.
* Help us deliver effective, efficient, right first time, every time outcomes in line with our values and behaviours.
Does this sound like you?
Competent with Microsoft Office and an excellent communicator (especially verbally).
Familiar with the Management of the Joint Deployed Inventory (MJDI) system – desirable, with training available.

This role requires Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance, which involves verifying your identity, employment history, nationality, and criminal record to meet government security standards. In addition, depending on the nature of the role, you may need to obtain formal Security Clearance (such as CTC or SC), which includes more detailed background checks on employment, criminal record, and financial history to ensure suitability for working in secure environments. Please note that UK residency requirements may apply for certain levels of clearance. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire so we can identify and provide any support you may need to undertake the role effectively.
