Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

What you'll be doing
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a pivotal role in managing all costs and income for your area of responsibility, ensuring value for money while maintaining the highest standards and quality.
You'll be instrumental in supporting the delivery of a major energy infrastructure project, collaborating with internal teams, subcontractors, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead commercial management and administration for the Converter Station build
* Prepare and analyse tender documents, activity schedules, and resource schedules
* Negotiate with third parties and review complex contract programmes
* Monitor subcontractor activities and manage commercial aspects with customers and stakeholders
* Support procurement strategy and constructability analyses
* Mentor and develop less experienced commercial staff
Who we're looking for
What We're Looking For
* BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent experience)
* Chartered Member of RICS, ICES, or CIOB (or working towards)
* Experience in managing costs and teams within large infrastructure projects
* Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
* Commitment to continuous professional development
