Service Administrator - Mat Cover (Ref: 0063ZA)
Our excellent team in Rotherham is seeking an experienced Administrator to provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative service.
Main duties of the job
As part of this role, you will:
1. Proactively support the smooth running of the administrative functions within the service
2. Be responsible for welcoming clients to our service
3. Maintain and create record-keeping systems as required
4. Be responsible for the receipt and processing of all referrals, screening, triage, and comprehensive assessments, inputting NDTMS/demographic and personal details using computerised systems
5. Support the service to meet local health and safety requirements
6. Generate prescriptions in preparation for signing by relevant clinicians
7. Support the management team in maintaining high levels of data quality and information management
8. Support the wider team with commitments, including organising diaries, and arranging meetings and events
9. Take, transcribe, and distribute formal minutes for meetings

Note: This is a Fixed Term Contract to cover Maternity Leave until May 2026, working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. Early application is advised as the role may close early if sufficient applications are received.

Qualifications
