You will provide overnight care and support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity throughout the night.
This role involves working flexibly on a rota, including weekends and bank holidays, to meet the needs of our service users.

What We’re Looking For Female applicants only (Genuine Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010).Diploma in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards one).Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs (desirable – full training provided).Reliability, compassion, and resilience.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
