As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with clients, and utilising Salesforce to manage leads and opportunities effectively. Proficiency in Spanish is a valuable asset, enabling you to engage with a broader customer base.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
* Conduct thorough analysis of market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
* Utilise Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on performance metrics.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that support sales initiatives.
* Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.
Requirements
* Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Strong analytical skills to assess market data and customer needs effectively.
* Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing sales processes.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
