Role responsibilities
* Support the Transport for Wales (TfW) Commercial Property and Finance teams by maintaining property management systems and providing administrative support across credit control, rent collection, and property management functions.
* Develop detailed knowledge of TfW's property portfolios and tenant information to generate efficiencies in estate management.
* Act as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders, developing relationships and ensuring tenant queries are handled promptly, with service quality improvements identified and implemented.
* Obtain sales figures from tenants to feed into turnover calculations.
* Manage the email inbox to ensure timely and accurate communication with tenants across the TfW estate.
Who we're looking for
* Experience working with key stakeholders and effective relationship management.
* Experience in record keeping, reporting, and ensuring compliance.
* Good understanding of IT systems such as Microsoft 365, Excel, and MS Teams, with the ability to produce reports.
* Welsh language skills are a plus but not essential.
