Open to internal applicants only BAND: 7 JOB PURPOSE: To support the Head of Land and Property Acquisitions, managing day-to-day acquisition activities and contributing to the delivery of housing supply targets, regeneration projects, and strategic land assembly in line with corporate priorities and statutory obligations and supports Housing Executive business delivery and our vision and values. REQUIREMENTS: 1 i) Candidates must hold a degree or an equivalent level qualification (Level 6*) and must also demonstrate 3 years' relevant experience OR ii) Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development/experiential learning and must demonstrate at least 5 years relevant experience (Please include dates) It will be the responsibility of the applicant to demonstrate equivalency.
