Fulfillment Manager – Sports Collectibles
The Role
We are partnering with a fast-growing global business specialising in authentic signed sports collectibles. They are looking for a hands-on
Fulfillment Manager
to take full responsibility for picking, packing, and dispatching products accurately and on time. This is a practical role where you will initially manage the entire fulfillment operation yourself, with the opportunity to grow into a team leadership position as the business expands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, process, and dispatch all customer orders accurately and on schedule
* Maintain high standards for quality, presentation, and product condition during fulfillment
* Coordinate with customer service, sales, and other internal teams to resolve order or delivery issues quickly
* Work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, or weekends when order volumes are high
* Support other departments, such as goods receipt or product framing, when needed
* Continuously improve fulfillment processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
* Ensure all orders meet the company's world-class standards and customer expectations
Required Skills and Experience:
* Experience in fulfillment, dispatch, or logistics within a fast-paced environment
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work hands-on and manage multiple priorities under pressure
* Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take ownership of the fulfillment process
* Comfortable with flexible working hours to meet business demands
* Interest in sports and collectibles is an advantage but not essential
