Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and professional FM Office Services Advisor to support our Facilities Management (FM) operations across two Cheltenham sites: Charlton House and Runnings Road. Reporting directly to the FM Office Services Manager, this role is pivotal in delivering high-quality reception, administrative, postal, and printing services. Your Objectives And Responsibilities Will Focus On…
* Operating as part of the reception team, managing calls and welcoming visitors and contractors.
* Ensuring workplace security through visitor and contractor badge management and sign-in logs.
* Handling incoming and outgoing post and parcels, including courier and Royal Mail services.
* Providing document copying, scanning, printing, binding, and laminating services.
* Preparing training materials and maintaining stock of brochures and publications.
* Administering FM systems such as Accruent, FM One Place, and access card systems.
* Supporting FM finance processes including purchase orders and invoice handling.
* Managing administrative tasks related to waste, sustainability, driver risk, car hire, EV charging, and utility billing.
* Ordering and maintaining stationery supplies.
* Travelling between sites as required.
Your Previous Experience Is Likely To Include….
* Working within an administrative role, ideally involving use of software systems.
* Experience working in a reception based role and using call management systems.
