URGENT: Quantity Surveyor High:End Office Fit:Out
Are you a hands:on Quantity Surveyor who lives and breathes high:spec interiors? We are a leading Main Contractor specializing in premium office fit:outs, and weve just secured a suite of luxury projects in Canary Wharf.
We arent looking for site visitors:we need a commercially sharp, driven QS who can hit the ground running on 4 live projects immediately.
The Role
This is a fast:paced role for someone who enjoys the sharp end of refurbishment and fit:out. Youll be based at our high:end site offices in Canary Wharf, managing sub:contractor accounts, variations, and cost reporting for demanding, blue:chip clients.

Flexibility: 1 day per week Working From Home (WFH).

Start Date: Immediate.

Portfolio: 4 active, high:spec office fit:out projects.
What Were Looking For
We are specifically seeking fit:out thoroughbreds. If your experience is primarily in new:build residential or civil engineering, this wont be the right fit.

Sector Specialist: Proven track record exclusively in Fit:Out and Refurbishment (Cat A/Cat B).
*
Career Stability: We value loyalty. We are looking for candidates with long stints and a non:jumpy CV.

Main Contractor Pedigree: You understand the pace, the margins, and the pressure of working for a Tier 1 or specialist fit:out Main Contractor.

Technical Edge: Expertise in JCT contracts, procurement, and final accounts within tight commercial office timelines.
