Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for the position of Saturday Assistant will be smart, confident, enthusiastic, and will demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Duties will include:
* Registering new applicants and promoting new properties
* Qualifying applicants prior to viewings
* Booking and carrying out property viewings
* Reporting any repairs needed at properties
* Providing feedback to relevant managers on applicants’ needs and ensuring systems are up to date
Skills required:
* Experience with customer service
* Ability to organise and prioritise workload
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Full UK driving license and use of your own vehicle
