As a Production/Sawmill Operative., you will work collaboratively to ensure the manufacturing process runs smoothly and exceeds customer satisfaction.
Training will be provided, however experience within a production team is advantageous. This is a great opportunity to gain an understanding of the production and distribution industry.
This is an exciting chance to work in a fast-paced environment with a team that cares about their product and become a specialist within the role.
Due to the location, you must have a Valid UK Driving Licence

* Location - Cirencester (South Cerney)
* £12.85 per hour
* Monday Thursday 07:00am 18:00pm & Friday 07:00am 16:00pm
* Free onsite parking

Your role as the Production/Sawmill Operative will involve the following duties:
* Quality checking all goods throughout and post manufacture
* Loading raw materials into the production process and potentially lifting/stacking finished pallets.
* Running safety checks on machinery
* Machine operating safety and efficiently
* Preparing products for dispatch -and loading pallets for delivery
* Liaising with supervisors with any issues. xxuwjjq
* Adhering to all health and safety regulations, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
* Supporting team members regularly
* General yard duties.
The ideal candidate for the Production/Sawmill Operative Position will have:
* Production operative experience is advantageous
* Previous experience working shift patterns is advantageous
* Quality control experience is essential
* Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
* Good attentiveness and a keen eye for detail
* Full UK Driving License and own transport
* Physically able to lift up to 20kg regularly
