Job Description:
Our client, a Leading Technology firm, is currently looking for a Head of Forecasting & Planning to be responsible for the European Outsourced Contact Centre operation. As the Workforce Management (WFM) Lead, you will be responsible for accurate resource forecasting and planning, as well as monthly commercial reporting and forecasting. You'll also play a critical role in the organisations' annual planning cycle. This is a high profile role with lots of responsibility. A brilliant opportunity!
Essential Skills/Experience:
1. Strong WFM background
2. Good understanding of an outsourced vendor model environment
3. Good understanding of contact centre/call centre
4. Familiarity with WFM software
5. Excellent communication skills
Salary: Excellent + bonus + package
Location: London (good work from home options available)
