The Role The Customer Experience Assistant will provide a range of administrative and investigatory support to the Customer Experience Team in relation to a wide range of feedback received from Customers. You will respond to enquiries over the phone, digitally or through social media from customers, colleagues and other stakeholders including local Councilors' and MPs. The role will include monitoring and updating various systems ensuring record keeping is of an excellent standard and supporting the Customer Experience Specialists to ensure customers receive regular updates and checks are made to ensure that complaint resolution actions are carried out.
