HGV Class 1 (CE) Driver –Carrington £17.93 - £20.17ph | Weekly Pay | Block Bookings| Days and Nights Carrington StaffCo Direct is recruiting HGV Class 1 (CE) drivers for ongoing trunking work based in Carrington. We're looking for day and night drivers, with regular weekly block bookings available and consistent work on offer. This is a well-run operation with a modern fleet, friendly transport team, and secure on-site parking. Pay Rates (PAYE) Days (Mon–Friday): £16.00ph plus holiday pay, or £17.93ph including holiday pay Nights (Mon–Friday): £17.00ph plus holiday pay, or £19.05ph including holiday pay Saturdays: £17.85ph plus holiday pay, or £20.00ph including holiday pay Sundays: £18.00ph plus holiday pay, or £20.17ph including holiday pay What the role involves 7-day operation, we work with your availability start times are 05:00 for day shifts and 17:00 for night shifts. You'll be completing deliveries using a modern, well-maintained fleet. Shifts are typically 10–12 hours, with 8 hours guaranteed per shift, giving you consistency and reliable earnings week to week. Our ideal candidate Holds a valid HGV Class 1 (CE) licence held for at least 1 year Has a valid CPC and Digi Tacho card Has no more than 6 penalty points (no IN, DR or DD codes) StaffCo Direct provides weekly pay, paid induction, an easy online timesheet system, and ongoing support through a dedicated team.
