Job Description
3. Manage the entire Accounts Receivable process for French-speaking customers.
4. Communicate effectively with customers in French and English to resolve payment issues.
5. Record and reconcile financial transactions accurately and timely.
6. Collaborate with the wider Accounting & Finance team to streamline processes.
7. Assist with audits and financial statements.
8. Support with credit control and debt recovery processes.
9. Maintain customer relationships and handle queries effectively.
10. Adhere to company's financial policies and regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Receivable Clerk should have:
11. A degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or similar field.
12. Fluency in French and English.
13. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
14. Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable processes.
15. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
16. Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
17. Strong communication skills, particularly in customer service situations.
