Post Contract Project Manager – £44,168 per annum
We are seeking an experienced Post Contract Project Manager to join our team at Taff Housing Association. You will be responsible for delivering schemes from post‑tender stage through to handover and final account, ensuring development strategy objectives are met.
Responsibilities
* Take ownership of the delivery and post‑contract project management of the development programme, ensuring strategy objectives are met.
* Manage scheme budgets, risks and programme timelines, keeping everything on track and maintaining clear, accurate reporting.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and take a proactive, solutions‑focused approach to scheme delivery.
Qualifications
* Minimum two years’ experience project managing new build residential development and major refurbishment schemes.
* Experience working in a housing association/social housing environment.
* Strong project management skills within development or construction.
* Good knowledge of planning, construction, contract management and legal processes.
* Experience managing budgets, cashflows, risks and multiple project demands.
* Effective working relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, colleagues and stakeholders.
* Excellent communication, proactive approach and attention to detail.
* Sound health & safety knowledge and application of CDM principles.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills for accurate project documentation.
* Proven experience of providing excellent customer service, including consulting with residents.
* Degree level or higher in building, construction, surveying or equivalent relevant experience.
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
