We are currently seeking a reliable and flexible Secondary Supply Teacher to work across a range of local secondary schools. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs who enjoy variety, want flexible work, or are looking to build further classroom experience. Beginning September 2025.
Duties as a Secondary Supply Teacher:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons to classes across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
* Adapt to a range of subjects and year groups as needed.
* Maintain good classroom management and ensure students stay engaged in learning.
* Follow school behaviour policies and safeguarding procedures.
* Provide feedback to relevant departments on lesson outcomes and pupil progress.
Ideal Secondary Supply Teacher:
* Holds QTS or QTLS (or is an experienced instructor in a specialist subject).
* Has experience teaching in UK secondary schools.
* Is adaptable, professional, and able to manage classroom behaviour effectively as Secondary Supply Teacher.
* Has strong communication skills and a positive approach to new environments.
* Can quickly build rapport with students and staff.
