We are looking for FLT drivers to join our team in Rugby working on our PM shift of Monday to Friday 1400- 2230. We are paying a competative rate of £13.65. What you’ll do on a typical day:
• Daily operation of Counterbalance FLT (Counterbalance)
• Picking and palletising goods
• Pallet wrapping all goods once picked
• Safely operating our equipment
• Loading and unloading our vehicles in a safe manner
What you need to succeed at XPO:
1. Numeracy and literacy skills to complete work documentation.
2. A current FLT licences.
3. Skills Ability to work speedily and accurately.
4. Able to work on own initiative.
5. Experience of working in a warehouse.
6. Experience of working as part of a team.
7. Understanding of health and safety issues relating to warehouse environment.
8. Experience of working to performance targets.
9. Experience of using scanners and other I.T devices.
10. Previous experience of working on a shift arrangement.
11. Able to work flexibly due to overtime requirement
