The Governors are seeking to appoint a permanent, highly skilled, enthusiastic Assistant Head Teacher with excellent leadership skills, committed to raising standards. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will work closely with the Head Teacher and Deputy Head Teacher in the running of the school but specific roles and responsibilities will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
Over time this exciting role will involve work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 but initially the teaching role, with dedicated leadership time, will be in KS2.
We are looking for an Assistant Head Teacher who:
• Is passionate about children’s learning, and has a proven track record of raising attainment and developing the whole child.
• Is an outstanding teacher with high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour.
• Has a proven record as an excellent practitioner and middle leader.
• Has the drive, ability and determination to inspire, empower and lead staff and pupils to continue to raise the achievement of pupils.
• A team player who can work collaboratively and someone who is willing to “go that extra mile”.
• Part of the Nottingham Schools Trust.
