Salary: £33,202 to £42,266 per annum
Location: Castleford College
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lecturer in Fabrication & Welding to join our Engineering department. You will teach practical and theoretical courses in Fabrication and Welding, shaping the future of students and helping them acquire the skills, knowledge and training required to achieve their goals while supporting the economic development of engineering industries.
Responsibilities
• Teach practical and theoretical courses in Fabrication and Welding.
• Provide students with engineering skills and knowledge to enable their success.
• Support collaboration with young people, adults and employers.
Qualifications
* Hold a Level 3 qualification in a relevant Engineering discipline.
* Have experience in a relevant industry and/or educational setting.
* Have practical skills and theoretical knowledge of Mechanical Engineering.
* Hold GCSE A* – C / 9 – 4 in English and Maths or equivalent.
* Excellent communication skills, drive, enthusiasm and teamwork.
