Location: Lower Earley, Reading (with remote/flexible working)
Type: Full-time

A well-regarded law firm with offices in the Thames Valley is seeking a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing Divorce & Family Law team based in Lower Earley, Reading. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and personable lawyer to develop their career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The Role
The successful candidate will:
* Manage a private family law caseload independently, from initial instruction to conclusion
* Handle a range of matters including divorce, separation, financial remedy proceedings, and Children Act applications
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the department's continued growth
* Stay informed on legal developments and best practices in family law
Candidate Profile
* Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in private family law
* Confident in handling cases with minimal supervision
* Strong communication and client care skills
* Detail-oriented with solid technical knowledge
* A collaborative team player with a friendly and proactive attitude
* Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility
