Job Summary
This opportunity is suited to an ambitious Architect who’s excited by the idea of joining a business at an early stage and helping shape its future.
Yes, it’s a higher-risk move than joining a long-established practice, but with that comes genuine opportunity, faster progression, and the chance to make a real impact from day one.
The company launched last year and has already secured an impressive pipeline of work, with a strong order book that continues to grow. It’s a fast‑paced environment where no two days will feel the same. Initially, you’ll focus on high-specification residential housing projects using AutoCAD. Over the following 3–6 months, the role will naturally progress into larger apartment schemes and master planning projects, covering both new-build and regeneration developments. The long-term direction of the business is fully Revit-based, and full training can be provided for the right individual.
The team is currently small but has significant growth plans ahead, creating a genuine opportunity for someone who wants to progress quickly. There is a clear pathway toward Associate level for those looking to develop their career alongside the practice.
Culturally, the business offers a refreshing approach. The owner values quality and output over presenteeism. If your work is completed to a high standard, there’s flexibility and trust in how you manage your time.
