Guest Relations Manager – Lucent Glasgow
We have an exciting opportunity for a Guest Relations Manager to join the newly refurbished multi-functional office space Lucent in Glasgow.
Located on Bothwell Street this role will give the ideal candidate the opportunity to manage one of the most exclusive and unique buildings in the city centre.
Role
·To manage and oversee all front of house services
·Offer a first-class reception experience to create a welcoming environment for Lucent occupiers and visitors
·Support day to day internal operating teams and manage in house facilities

·3/5 years experience in similar customer facing role
Key Responsibilities:
·Front of house customer facing role with expert communication skills to ensure the smooth operation of the building
·Provide an efficient, helpful and friendly atmosphere for occupiers and visitors at all times, ensuring high standards of excellence are achieved and maintained
·Overseeing the access control system for occupiers and provide access to all residents via the building app
·Managing visitor access for occupiers and contactors where necessary
·Contributing to the maintenance of the building by reporting faults or damage to fixtures and fittings
·Overseeing deliveries and signing for packages when required
·Building a network of local contacts to ensure high-quality recommendations
·Acting as a first point of contact for queries and complaints and ensure that these are escalated to the Building Manager to be dealt with promptly
·Dealing with lost property and locating missing items
·Liaising with housekeeping, cleaning, maintenance and security staff to ensure that safety and cleanliness standards are maintained
·Comply with Health & Safety standards and understand fire evacuation management and security arrangements
·Awareness of ESG factors to support energy efficiency
·Oversee the management of all in house facilities from tenant lounge, meeting areas, AV Studio, cycle storage, shower and changing areas, wellbeing and communal areas providing quality services to residents and visitors
·Assist with events organising, set-up and promotion to occupiers as requested.
·Updating the News, Events and Marketplace sections of the app
Knowledge of building management and experience in event organising are desirable but not essential. It would also be advantageous to have knowledge of local businesses and venues.
This role is full time Monday to Friday and is based on site.
