PositionSummary:
We are currentlyrecruiting for a Territory Sales Managerto join our existing team within our Power &Industrial (P&I) Division. The successful candidate will beresponsible for maintaining business from the current installedbase whilst also expanding into new markets and increasing salesvolume yearonyear through acquiring new installed base.
As we are an international business and this isa role that requires travel it could be performed from any UKlocation. Scope for flexible working arrangements including workingfrom home is offered subject to agreement. A degree of domestic andinternational travel will be required to fulfil the obligations ofthe role therefore a valid passport and the ability to travel isessential.
Previous experience gained in an AirFiltration business would be a major advantage for thisrole.
PositionResponsibilities:
* Responsible for ensuring consistent profitable growth insales revenues from replacement filters (ReMIF) system upgrades andrepairs (Refit) and site services (SS) within the designatedterritory.
* REMIF quotations through CRMsystem in conjunction with inside sales support teams.
* Maintain existing customer base by ensuring AAF valueproposition matches clients business needs and qualification of allnew requests for quotations in line with companyprocess.
* Develop and rolling maintenance ofprioritized target list for new business acquisition includingaction plan with value proposition for top 10 targetclients.
* Maintenance of AAF CRM system for AAFinstalled base in designated territory in line with companyguidelines including but not limited to;
* Ensuring all opportunities are registered in the CRMsystem.
* Cloning all opportunities closed wonor lost.
* Updating GT Installed list withcurrent installed filter type/manufacturer last change datesetc
* Weekly / monthly order Intake forecastingand full ownership and support of annual territory Business Plansprocess.
* Ownership until resolution of clientissues/questions/clarifications to ensure positive brandreputation.

* HNC/ HND Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent engineeringdiscipline/experience)

* Demonstrable experience directly related to the dutiesand responsibilities specified.
* Experience ofcarrying out fieldwork remotely and to deadlines in a dispersedglobal company.
* A good track record ofacquiring and maintaining direct sales (preferably within the Oil& Gas and/or Power Generation sectors)
* Ability to manage multiple commercial opportunities /tasks efficiently.
* Ability to qualify requestsfor quotations investigate/determine customers buying motives andeconomic justification criteria map decision makers/influencersunderstand funding process.
* Experience ofbuilding compelling Value Proposition based upon qualificationprocess.
* Experience of negotiating terms andconditions.
* Knowledge and experience ofworking proactively using a CRM (preferably Salesforce)
