Shift Pattern: 4 on/4 off rotating shifts days and nights

Prestige Recruitment Specialists are currently recruiting General Operatives / Packers on behalf of a well-established manufacturing client based in North Scarle
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting packing line operations, including product feed and bagging
* Carrying out basic quality and technical checks
* Recording palletisation and assisting with the movement of finished goods to the warehouse
* Capturing, segregating, and transferring waste for rework where required
* Maintaining a clean working environment and following “clean as you go” procedures
* Working in line with strict health, safety, and quality standards at all times
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in manufacturing or food production is desirable
* Forklift Truck (FLT) experience would be advantageous but not essential
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
* Reliable, honest, and punctual individuals
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
* Strong team player who can also work independently when required
* Due to site location, own transport is essential
