Managing nursing team in Corneal service within Ophthalmology.
Manage Crosslinking Service, supporting the staff and assisting in treatments.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform Corneal Fluorescein Angiography/IV infusions.
* Develop the Nurse‑led Service.
* Act as a mentor for junior staff/student nurses/apprenticeships.
* Manage the smooth running of the clinics.
* Contribute to Research, Audit and Practice Development.
* Manage sickness, recruitment, appraisals and mandatory training of nursing team.
* Support junior Doctors, student nurses and imaging staff.
* Ensure smooth running of clinics, Crosslinking service, Eximer Laser and nurse‑led clinics.
