A position has become available for a for a Warranty Supervisor, based at Ipswich Volkswagen. This is a key role at the heart of our aftersales operations. As Warranty Supervisor, you’ll protect revenue, drive process improvement and make a real difference to how we deliver for our customers, manufacturers and colleagues. What You’ll Be Doing
* Ensuring accurate, compliant and timely submission of all warranty and goodwill claims.
* Monitoring daily, weekly and monthly warranty performance to drive efficiency and results.
* Managing accurate records of claims, credits, rejections and customer contributions.
* Reviewing warranty systems and processes to identify improvements and best practice.
* Leading regular site and claims audits, providing clear feedback and practical action plans.
* Supporting managers and teams through coaching, training and hands‑on guidance.
* Communicating recalls, process changes and warranty updates across the business.
* Working closely with manufacturers, repair partners and internal stakeholders.
* Operating within agreed KPIs to maximise claim recovery and reduce write‑offs.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in an automotive warranty role with strong knowledge of manufacturer standards.
* A sharp eye for detail and the confidence to challenge and improve processes.
* The ability to explain complex information clearly and influence others positively.
