About You: Minimum 1 year's experience within property management, lettings, or estate agency/property sales Highly organised with the ability to manage competing deadlines Solutions-focused, proactive, and able to remain calm under pressure Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional approach with excellent interpersonal skills Full UK driving licence required Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of residential properties, delivering a high standard of service to both landlords and tenants Coordinate the full tenancy lifecycle from check-in through to move-out Respond to maintenance issues efficiently, working closely with contractors and suppliers Build and maintain strong working relationships through effective communication Keep property records up to date while ensuring legal and internal compliance standards are met Work towards and achieve performance targets and business objectives Interested in progressing your career within property management?
