About The Role We have an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated Customer Service team based within our Head Office at Nottingham. Working closely within the Aftersales Department, your duties will include: First Time Resolution problem solving for our customers via telephone and email Monitoring and responding to queries on social media platforms Creation of job cards for warranty claims and returns Arranging the return of products for Service or repair Liaising with colleagues on a regular basis Maintaining accurate and concise records General office duties About you: As well as excellent attention to detail you will have a friendly helpful attitude and confident telephone manner as you will play a vital role in communicating with our customers and our Service Department. The ability to create accurate documents Knowledge and ability using Microsoft Excel and Word documents Able to deal with challenging situations. Can use discretion to make decisions Experience in a similar role is preferred, however you will be trained on all aspects of our internal in-house systems.
