Key Details: Contract Type: Temporary (3 months with potential for extension) Hourly Rate: £35 per hour (Umbrella) Location: Primarily remote, with 1-2 days per week in Romford for site visits Driving Required: Yes (Council pool cars provided) Working Pattern: Full-time, with occasional evening or weekend work Your Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of over 100 alleged breaches, including investigations and site visits. Serve enforcement notices and maintain evidence of notices served. Write appeal statements and represent the council at hearings or inquiries. Collaborate with the Team Leader and colleagues for ongoing support and training.What We're Looking For: Experience in dealing with the public, Councillors, and responding to MP enquiries.
