An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, pragmatic and personable individual to undertake the role of Clinic Administrator within our Central Vaccination Team based in at the Garioch Vaccination Centre.
The role will require the post holder to be able to multi-task, have good attention to detail and have the ability to maintain confidentiality. The role will require strong IT skills with an ability to report in excel.
The Clinic Administrator will also be required to speak to patients in a calm and helpful manner whilst listening sympathetically. Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team are essential for this role.

Clinics may run between 8am – 8pm 7 days per week, and applicants must be able to work flexibly across these times.
The post holder must have the ability to travel between locations as the role may entail visiting schools and care homes along with outreach clinics in our more rural locations.
The post advertised is a 37 hour, full time post however would welcome applications from those looking for part time hours as well to ensure we recruit suitable applicants.
