Role Overview
* Attending reactive callouts to diagnose and repair vending machines
* Servicing, maintenance and component replacement across machines
* Installation and setup of vending and refreshment equipment
* Working towards KPI targets such as response times and first‑time fix rates
* Completing accurate job records
* Managing van stock and ensuring required parts are ordered
* Providing professional communication with customers on site
What We're Looking For
* Direct vending machine engineering experience - essential
* Strong mechanical, electrical and fault‑finding skills
* KPI‑driven individual with a strong work ethic
* Confident communicator with good customer‑facing skills
* Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
* Hard‑working, reliable and able to work independently
Work Location
Field‑based role covering the Oxford region, supporting customers across a range of commercial environments. Travel is managed within your patch and paid door‑to‑door.
