Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. Type: Full Time | Permanent. Shanly Homes is a privately owned, multi-award-winning regional housebuilder delivering bespoke developments in the South East. We’re looking for an Architectural Design Manager to join our Beaconsfield office and lead the creation of high-quality new homes, working closely with the land and planning teams to take concepts from idea to reality.
Responsibilities
* Leading feasibility studies and developing concept designs for upcoming residential schemes.
* Preparing and submitting planning applications, supported by high-quality presentation materials and documentation.
* Producing accurate technical drawings and design packages to support project delivery.
* Ensuring all designs evolve in line with updated regulations, technical standards, and purchaser requirements.
* Preparing and issuing design statements and other supporting planning documents.
About you
* Extensive experience with AutoCAD, Photoshop and Sketch Up (3D Design Programme).
* A natural collaborator with strong communication skills, able to work effectively across multiple teams.
* The ability to produce high-quality presentation materials and well-structured Design and Access Statements.
