You will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning, leading lessons, and helping pupils achieve their full potential. The Role As an HLTA, you will: Deliver high-quality lessons to whole classes during teacher PPA, absence, or planned release time Support teaching and learning across Early Years, Primary and/or Secondary phases (experience dependent) Plan, prepare and assess learning activities under the guidance of teaching staff Provide targeted intervention support for individuals and small groups Contribute to behaviour management in line with school policy Support curriculum enrichment and whole-school initiatives This role would suit an experienced HLTA or an ambitious Teaching Assistant ready to take the next step in their career.
