A major new programme of work starting in 2026, will see the successful Senior Business Analyst, working a major market data projects across the European markets.
Key Responsibilities for the Senior Business Analyst:
* Act as a bridge between business and technology across a suite of trading platforms and products.
* Gather and analyse client business requirements, translating them into clear, actionable technical specifications.
* Manage project scope, identify risks, and propose contingency plans.
* Contribute to the successful delivery of projects within the product management lifecycle.
* Lead and mentor a team, be a key contributor to hiring and the expansion of the team.
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
* Produce high-quality documentation of business requirements and analysis.
What the Senior Business Analyst will need:
* A degree in a STEM-related discipline (essential).
* Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Business Analyst within financial services.
* Experience working with senior internal and external stakeholders with experience working with institutional businesses.
* Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, UML (Unified Modelling Language), and BPMN.
* Proven track record in Agile environments (Scrum and/or Kanban).
* Solid understanding of UK regulatory frameworks and Capital Markets.
