In this role, you will lead the design, delivery, and quality of equine programmes, ensuring teaching, learning, and assessment are consistently high‑quality and industry‑relevant. The Person:
* Extensive industry experience within the equine sector
* BHS Stage 2 minimum (Stage 3 desirable)
* Relevant teaching qualification
* Experience delivering consistently good or outstanding teaching
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* Passion for developing learners and leading high‑performing teams
