The business is growing rapidly and in order to keep driving this growth, they are seeking an individual who can drive the strategy and get things done! This is a highly autonomous role in a high performance but supportive culture.
✅ What You'll Be Doing:
As Area Manager you will be accountable for the operational excellence and financial performance of a group of businesses across the region.
You will also:
Ensure you have a robust succession plan in place while ensuring your team are stretched, motivated and ready to progress when opportunities arise.
Have responsibility for managing the P&L of the Region, ensuring the highest standards of Service compliance and that sales revenue targets are achieved and exceeded, putting the customer at the heart of everything.
Demonstrate an inspirational leadership style to your team of Managers ensuring that they receive clear direction and performance management within a culture of coaching and mentoring.
