Global Payroll ManagerJob Overview: We are seeking an experienced Global Payroll Manager to support payroll operations across multiple regions. This role is responsible for helping ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining compliance with applicable regulations, supporting process improvements, and partnering with internal teams and vendors to resolve payroll issues.Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day payroll operations across assigned countries or regions, ensuring accurate and timely processingPartner with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to support payroll processing, data accuracy, and issue resolutionReview payroll data, reconciliations, and reports to help ensure compliance with company policies and local regulationsSupport payroll process improvements, standardization efforts, and system enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracyAssist with implementation of payroll-related projects, including system updates, vendor transitions, and process changesPrepare and maintain payroll procedures, documentation, and audit support materialsMonitor payroll deadlines, respond to escalations, and help resolve employee payroll inquiries in a timely mannerProvide guidance and day-to-day support to payroll team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team environmentRequirements:Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred5+ years of payroll experience, including experience supporting multi-country or global payroll operationsStrong understanding of payroll processes, controls, and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictionsExperience working with payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and payroll vendorsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needsEffective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external partnersPrior experience supervising or mentoring payroll staffBased near WokinghamMust have global payroll experience, with multi-country.£300 - £400 per day umbrellaRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
