Product & Customer Solutions Associate London (Hybrid) Operations Team About the Role We’re looking for two early-career Product & Customer Solutions Associates to join our Operations team in London. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years’ experience in digital media, ad operations, data or technical support who wants to build a career in AdTech. You’ll support the smooth integration and operational management of DSPs across our programmatic platform, working closely with DSP partners, Engineering, Product and our India-based operations team. Full training will be provided, we’re looking for curiosity, attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. What You’ll Be Doing ● Investigating campaign delivery issues (e.g. low spend, pacing problems, missing data) ● Supporting DSP integrations and troubleshooting partner queries ● Monitoring platform performance using dashboards and Excel ● Logging clear tickets for Engineering when needed ● Working closely with our India-based team to resolve issues quickly ● Documenting recurring issues and contributing to process improvements What We’re Looking For ● 1–2 years’ experience in digital media, ad operations, data support or similar ● Comfortable working with data (Excel skills required) ● Strong attention to detail ● Curious and proactive when solving problems ● Clear communicator who works well in a team ● Comfortable collaborating across time zones ● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Nice to Have (Not Essential) ● Basic understanding of programmatic advertising ● Exposure to DSP platforms ● Some SQL knowledge What You’ll Gain ● Exposure to programmatic DSP integrations ● Direct collaboration with Product and Engineering ● A clear pathway to more technical operations roles ● Experience working in a global AdTech environment Application overVIOOH Our recruitment team will work hard to give you a positive experience throughout the process, no matter the outcome.
