The Role
* Acting as a first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a warm, professional experience.
* Managing job adverts across websites, job boards, and social media platforms.
* Screening candidates, arranging interviews, and supporting Recruitment Executives and hiring managers.
* Creating and updating job descriptions and benchmarking roles against the market.
Skills Required
* Applications are sought from Recruitment Resourcers or Administrators with a minimum of 1 years previous experience in a similar role.
* Strong customer service skills, friendly, approachable, and professional.
* A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
* Previous experience of using job boards and social media to source candidates.
* Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
