Overview
Our client is a successful, growing law firm based in Accrington, with further offices near Manchester. They specialise in Residential Property, Family Law and Commercial Litigation.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the creation of sales invoices and billing.
* Work with the accounts team to support finance, bookkeeping and invoicing processes.
* Provide accounts services to support Solicitors, Legal Teams and the support staff, with training on internal systems and case management systems as needed.
Qualifications
* Accounts Assistant experience or equivalent, with some Legal Accounting or Legal Reconciliation experience preferred.
* Good numeracy skills and a solid understanding of invoicing, finance and bookkeeping.
* Experience of SRA accounts rules and providing accounts services in the legal sector is beneficial but not essential.
* Good organisational skills, attention to detail, high level of accuracy and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Details
* Salary: Competitive. Negotiable depending on experience.
* Working hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
