Real Estate Litigation Legal PA
Our international law firm client is hiring a Real Estate Litigation Legal PA on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, to support two Partners, Counsel, and other fee earners in their London office.

* Salary to £48,000

Real Estate Litigation Legal PA Key Responsibilities:
\n
* Acting as a first point of contact on behalf of the fee-earners
* Organising business breakfasts, dinners, or smaller events
* Full management of travel and expenses for assigned fee-earners
* Prepare, amend, and proofread documents
* Proactive and advanced calendar management for assigned fee-earners (scheduling calls / meetings)
* Develop a strong working knowledge of the firm's billing systems
* Supporting fee-earners with monitoring and addressing unpaid bills
* Coordinate the WIP lists and billing on behalf of Partners

Real Estate Litigation Legal PA Key Skills & Requirements:

1. Proven experience working as a Legal PA / Secretary within a recognised law firm
